Get Involved!
To further our mission, our team has created some unique courses that are available in-person and online. Membership with us is not required to attend our training programs. In addition, we have several other opportunities to get involved.
Family Dinner
As we mentor young people in the arms of foster care, we show the love of Jesus by gathering once a month with each of them, as a family would over dinner. While enjoying a meal, we will facilitate a family discussion with the values of hope, courage, and service. They will have an opportunity to help with cooking too!
The Murphy House Grant
This grant was created to serve both as a scholarship and one-time burden relief grant to those who qualify. We are passionate about investing into the next generation and helping them achieve the next step into their future.
Feast of Heaven
Convinced by the message of Jesus Christ in Luke 14:12-24, Jesus commands us to serve those who are considered outcasts in every community. We remain faithful to this conviction and provide an annual event where everyone belongs.
This night of fellowship is for those who are homeless or having cognitive/physical disability, or dealing with a terminal illness to experience the love of Jesus by providing an opportunity to fellowship and have fun in the presence of God.
Local Youth Navigating Nations (L.Y.N.N.)
Our Local Youth Navigating Nations (L.Y.N.N.) Initiative is designed to open the minds of youth to discover a broader perspective on the world, themselves, and new passions. Trips include both domestic and foreign countries to help facilitate learning and discovery of other cultures as well as having an appreciation of their own culture.
